In our 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Leadership Yoga Training, you will learn how to stand in your power, lead your life and the yoga practice.
This is not only a yoga teacher training; it is a leadership training that will empower you to show up bigger in every area of your life.
You will be given the tools to lead powerful power yoga classes.
Through Inquiry, Meditation, and Asana, you will discover many facets of Yoga.
You will leave our program ready to lead a practice in this methodology to anyone, anywhere. Our commitment is in fully supporting you every step along the way in becoming the teacher you are capable of becoming.

This training is facilitated by 1200 Hour Tier 3 Certified Baptiste Influencer and Fit to Lead graduate Sylvia Maxwell.
Sylvia has participated in 13 trainings with Baron Baptiste and has received the same live feedback from Baron himself. From this, you will learn to speak an essential language of connection that is already showing up BIG in our local communities.

The Sol Power School of Yoga & Leadership is recognized as a Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program (MyCAA) school and participants may be eligible for up to $4000 in tuition support through the MyCAA program.
