This fundraiser class will in support of Africa Yoga Project.
Baptiste Power Yoga Pittsburgh studio opening studio location #1 in Oakmont this fall.
At BPYP we not only cause leadership through the practice of yoga, but it’s important for us to cause community and contribution through the Baptiste Power Yoga practice.
This event will be led by Tier 3 Certified Baptiste Yoga Influencer Sylvia Maxwell.

What is Africa Yoga Project?
AYP empowers African Youth, provides them with employment perspectives and brings the transformational practice of yoga to local communities in Africa. Established in 2007, this organization uses yoga to cut across lines of race, gender, age and socioeconomic class in order to bring positive change to people’s lives. Since 2007, they have expanded to more than 80 locations, offering over 300 free yoga classes a week to about 6,000 individuals.
