Baptiste Kids Yoga

Kids yoga is offered during our Riverside Yoga adult class to support parents yoga practice as well. Children learn the Journey Into Power Yoga Flow and end class with a relaxing savasana/activity.
The intention of our Kids Yoga program is to empower expression to allow the discovery of play, respect, responsibility, courage, leadership, community, and friendship.

Every Saturday in October
*Kids class (ages 4 and up) $5 for first child $3 for each additional cash (pay on entry)
* Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.
* Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
*Participants MUST remain 6 feet apart at all times.
*Please sign a new waiver upon entry that will provided to you prior to entry.
*Please wait for an ambassador team member to escort you to a space where you will set up your mat.
*Please wear a mask until you arrive on your mat.
*Please use proper hand washing techniques throughout the event.
*Please refrain from attending if you have a fever or symptoms
